In these difficult economic times, innovative thinking is more important than ever. Cook County government is facing significant challenges. Cook County must address a 21% budget gap for the remaining three quarters of FY2011. Fresh thinking is needed to help solve this budget crisis and put Cook County on a sustainable path.
