New construction, renovations and expansions to meet codes, enhance public safety and health and provide greater efficiency in services are constantly evaluated and implemented when they meet the stringent requirements for an essential project. These projects might include such diverse needs as children’s advocacy, pharmacy expansions to handle growing patient needs, vital records, renovations or new building to assure compliance with the Department of Justice mandates for the well being of detainees.
