If you are applying for a Building Permit, department representatives are available at Permit Workshops that will be held throughout the year at Leyden Town Hall. Residents of unincorporated Cook County can receive preliminary reviews and/or submit applications for building permits for projects such as decks, above ground pools, additions, sheds and other building projects.
